As founders of Oke and Tempo, we came to this work by different paths. Together, our experience spans major developers, listed companies and projects of national and international significance.

That experience taught us discipline. It also clarified what we wanted to do next: create at a scale closer to community, family and the people who will ultimately call these places home.

The scale of Filaro is deliberate. Neither a single private residence nor a large apartment building or resort-style precinct, it occupies the space between: intimate in character, with the substance to hold its value.

Filaro is the result of that balance: six residences, each considered individually and composed as a whole, in North Perth.
